Efstathios C. Efstathiou LLC provides full legal support to Cypriot and foreign companies, investment firms, individuals and large law firms, covering all the spectrum of business and private life, either at advisory or at court level. The company is the transformation of “The Law Firm of Efstathios C. Efstathiou” which was founded in 1961 by the lawyer Mr Efstathios Efstathiou.
The Office was originally housed on 192 Ledras Street in the center of Nicosia. Years later it was transferred to a privately-owned office in its current address – Kritis Street 2 and Stasinou.
From 2015, under a new management, it was renamed to Efstathios C. Efstathiou LLC. In its present form, our Firm is assembled and supported by skilled and experienced lawyers of Cyprus Bar Association with graduate degrees, passion for law and legal science and knowledge of markets and their operations. Although our Firm is mainly active in Cyprus, it is selected by our principals in cross-border cases, where our experts can act on a consultative, transactional or judicial level, and it advises on foreign law matters with particular emphasis on issues of European, Cypriot and English law.
